13wks (I think) Mom and Dad have lost count

I had a great time with Mom and Dad this weekend. Sunday we took a long walk from Pleasure point to Capitola and I slept the whole way. I woke up in a new spot and the aroma of coffee filled my nostrils! I love coffee, although I haven’t tasted it other than through mom’s boob. We spent an hour or so watching the surfers as Mom and Dad drooled over the waves, wishing they had their boards. For some reason they thought this would be a good time to get my feet wet. The sand between my toes was weird and then came the water. It was cooooooold! I can’t believe they thought this might be fun for me. The sun was bright in my eyes. Do they make 3mth old sun glasses? I have a hat and wonder why they keep forgetting it. They put something called sunblock on me so I wouldn’t get burned. Monday was the real deal. They took turns surfing while I hanged ten on the beach. I even got to ride my first wave! Well, they drew a picture in the sand and set my car seat in the picture. I behaved so well they say they’ll take me again tomorrow. I tried out the water again, I’m still not convinced of it yet. I’m willing to keep trying. Mom and Dad watched as two moms got naked baby pictures with their kids. I’m glad they didn’t try that one. I feel it coming soon though. I had my first grown up shower with Mom yesterday too. It was fun! The water on my face, I always enjoy but I still need to try not to choke on the water. I have to remember to close my eyes and mouth at the same time. I’ll get it soon enough. Well got to go. Mom and Dad say they really are going to finish this painting thing, we’ll see.
