The Pasquini Family Blog

A Family's Journey of Life & Love

FROM THE FAMILY NOTEBOOK · 1 MIN READ

A rediscovered page from the family drafts ♡

September 12, 2006 by Stephen Pasquini

Shades closed

I exist to wonder

What else is there

If not to wonder?

Sleepless in bed

Conserving sleep

For a time

Un-chosen.

Shades closed

Quiet is this night

Walking the thin white line

Which separates us all.

Find me in this night

Alone,

Cold,

Waiting,

For the warmth of God to penetrate

This callused soul

Of mine.

Shades open

Sunlight finds its way

I am warm

I am alone

Wondering this thin white line

Finding my way
